Two young kids in Philadelphia stumble across the remains of two newborn babies.

“Both the Childs’ faces were blue”, Crawford stated. “I thought it was baby dolls”, Kasmine said. But after a few time it started stinking and that’s when the police instigated a check and found the dead bodies.
He ran home and told his parents what he saw.
Authorities have no suspects in the investigation. Police said they were looking for occupants of a black pickup truck reported dumping trash in the weed-filled area.
Police still want to know how the bodies ended up in an alley where neighborhood children found them Saturday.
Last night, police were working to answer those questions. It isn’t clearly known if the vehicle was linked with the dead babies though.
Passersby spotted the deceased baby boy and girl in a patch of grass near a used-car dealership on Sunday and alerted police, the Philadelphia Police Department said in a statement.
Police reported that it appeared as if an autopsy had already been performed on the infants.
“The first thing that came to my mind was, well, they’re probably real babies”, explained Ronnie Jackson, the boy’s father. “But I know that it’s sad that these babies weren’t properly put to rest”. Both appeared to be a day or so old.
These babies had been found in a fetal position beside the road and even had their umbilical cords attached to them.
“They were just thrown away like trash”, said Stephanie Farrell, who lives near where the babies were found. An exact age of the infants hasn’t been released.
However, the mystery lingers as to why the two bodies were left on the Philadelphia street.
Investigators were seen entering and exiting the building several times on Sunday. Witnesses said the bodies bore long, deep incisions on their abdomens and heads, similar to those used to extract organs out of corpses.

It’s unclear as well what race the dead infants are. “Infants”, said Lt. Juan Perez.
