Authorities say a 6-month-old girl has died after being tossed from the window of a New York City apartment building, the third child thrown to her death in the city in recent months.

Three more of the mom’s children – ages 4, 8 and 10 – were in the apartment at the time the baby went out the window, police said.
Fearon’s other children, a ten-year-old boy and two girls aged eight and four, were in the apartment when the baby was thrown.
The child was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police at the scene took a 27-year-old woman into custody.
According to a report via CBS New York, no charges have yet been filed. “I’m going to throw her – we’re all going to die, ‘” Lizette Rodriguez, 48, who lives on the third floor, told The Post.
Hatch had just returned from a church meeting when someone told her that a baby was thrown from a window in the neighborhood. “And then she jumps up and starts hitting the window”.
A frantic Rodriguez immediately called 911. She said she heard the baby hit the ground while she was dialing.
A stunned neighbor looks on in horror. “I thought she was going to throw the rest”. Witnesses reported her dangling the infant out the sixth-floor window, shouting about the devil and that the world was going to end. “She never told me she had problems. May God help her”.
Not understood is if the mother has had previous run ins with child services, psychological episodes along iwht a possible rap sheet?

The baby was found in the courtyard of Berry’s boyfriend’s Bronx apartment building. Investigators were looking into whether postpartum depression was a factor, but no clinical diagnoses had been made.
