Andi Dorfman says she hopes Nick Viall will find love on the new season of The Bachelor.

Nick Viall will be the star of “The Bachelor” season 21, as announced by ABC on August 30 on “After Paradise“.
The network announced Tuesday that the new Bachelor will be none other that reality TV frequent flier Nick Viall.
Milwaukee businessman Nick Viall is probably best known for playing the villain – and consequently, coming in second – on two consecutive seasons of “The Bachelorette”.
The Bachelor will air in January 2017 on ABC.
It has already been six weeks since the “Bachelor in Paradise” started airing where the previous contestants from “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” went to Mexico to search for possible love again. Selecting the new star of the show from the last batch of contestants, or farm in Bachelor parlance, is a tradition nearly as old as the show. Just when I thought that was the last time I’d see Nick V profess his love, surprise: He joined the cast of Bachelor in Paradise.
I, personally, am thrilled (although very surprised) that he was appointed the role. Why?
Nick Viall is the next Bachelor.
Though the show typically taps a contestant from the prior season to fill the spot, few stars have appeared in so many iterations, and gone through as many ups and downs with fans as Viall. “Hopefully, things will end up on a more positive note”.

“Ultimately, at the end of the day when we were discussing all of the candidates-and Luke [Pell] and Chase [McNary] were on the board-it just got down to the final question of, ‘Who’s the most deserving?” Andi even congratulated Nick on his casting of being the new Bachelor star on her Twitter. The 29-year-old went on, saying the whole time she was thinking, “This is sex, dammit. kiss me, love on me, and if you can’t talk without making an utter fool of yourself, then stay silent”. The 35-year-old also said there was definite potential with Saviano, but that he didn’t know how he would approach the finale. “I couldn’t be more excited about the possibility of it working out”, he added.
