By his own account, President-elect Donald Trump has worked out a few agreements after a parade of weekend visitors who could land major appointments in his administration.

In New York, those visits are regularly held in his corner office on the 26th floor of Trump Tower.

But the decision is not yet set in stone – the Journal reported that some in Trump’s orbit want him to instead pick former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who was viewed as the early frontrunner for the post.
The meetings were created to highlight the administration’s efforts “to pull in diverse ideas and different perspectives as we form this administration”, said Trump spokesman Jason Miller.
