Fans of the iconic film trilogy will no doubt remember Marty McFly walking into a diner to purchase a Pepsi in “Back to the Future II” and walking out with a Pepsi flawless.

But it’s a Wednesday, you say.

People who grew up watching Back to the Future: Part II are still waiting on hoverboards, flying cars, and those self-lacing shoes. The 16.9 oz. bottles will contain Pepsi Made with Real Sugar and will sell for $20.15.

Pepsi is going “Back to the Future” with a new promotion. Limited quantities of 6,500 bottles in collectible cases will be sold online, meaning you can’t just pop into your local ’80s cafe and order one.

Fans have always been a little insane about it and so we wanted to take advantage of the fact that Marty travelled to the future, to this month, and wanted to actually come out with the product.

Back to the Future’s Marty McFly is scheduled to arrive here – in the future – on October. 21.

Also, if you happen to be at New York Comic-Con this coming week, Pepsi will be releasing 1,500 Pepsi flawless bottles in advance of the sale, which should help any Marty McFly cosplayers complete their ensemble in a unique way.

Quick Draw Wild Gunman Style: Every day starting at 3PM, fans are invited to come to the Pepsi flawless booth and play Wild Gunman for a chance to win Pepsi ideal.

Pepsi is just one of many brands that are somewhat making the sci-fi film’s future a reality.

The Chicago Cubs as 2015’s World Series victor is still a long shot, but one prediction from Back to the Future II that’s now guaranteed to happen is “Pepsi ideal”.

“Pepsi fans asked and we heard them loud and clear”, Lou Arbetter, senior director of marketing at PepsiCo said in a statement. A hint can be found in a catchy theme song from a Pepsi flawless promo video: “The taste of a 2K generation”.
