Three of them, in fact. This leaves Garry Gilliam shifting over to the right side and Bradley Sowell on the left side.

The line was already likely to have new starters in all five positions this season.

Russell Wilson threw for 4,024 yards, 34 touchdowns and eight interceptions in making 6.1 percent of his passes.

The Seahawks will be playing at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.

The offensive line is perhaps the biggest question mark heading into the season, Condotta notes – especially with projected right tackle J’Marcus Webb out with a knee injury.

The Seattle Seahawks open their 2016 preseason schedule against the Chiefs in Kansas City at 1:30 PM PST on Saturday, but not everyone will be available to play and start shaking the gameday rust off: Head coach Pete Carroll announced a considerable list of key players who won’t be playing this week, few of which should come as a surprise.

It appears the Seahawks are starting Sowell, whom they signed from Arizona in the offseason, at left tackle to see if he can be their “swing”, backup tackle on both sides.

Though Graham will miss the game Saturday, he is expected to be ready to play when the 2016 regular season starts. The tight end came off the physically-unable-to-perform list on Wednesday and is still recovering from a ruptured patellar tendon in his knee from November.

The problems at running back mean that Rawls, Prosise, and Brooks will all be out, giving more opportunities for a group of “depth” guys who suddenly look hard to bury on the bench or release in a few weeks.

RB Alex Collins: With Thomas Rawls still on the road back and injuries to other rookies such as C.J. Prosise and Zac Brooks, the bulk of the tailback duties will fall to Christine Michael and Collins, a fifth-round pick out of Arkansas. Now he will fill Prosise’s role as a third-down, pass-catching back.
