Muhammad’s energy and scoring combined for a tough matchup for the Warriors, and did all the little things to get a competitive edge. I am writing this piece to argue that they WILL repeat as National Basketball Association champions.

Los Angeles, playing without Kobe Bryant for the second straight game, put six players in double figures, led by Roy Hibbert with 15 points.
Draymond Green had a near triple-double performance, with 23 points, 12 assists and 8 rebounds.
Green has supplanted the invisible Klay Thompson as the Warriors second best player. Barnes finished with 14 points. Golden State was 15-16. Out of those 50 states, he’s the top-selling player in 38 of them. They didn’t win their fifth game until December 10 last season and they didn’t reach nine wins until February 4.

The Warriors continued their undefeated start to the season with win number nine last night, beating the Grizzlies by 100-84. They can break that mark set by the 1960-61 Philadelphia Warriors in Minneapolis. Per Rusty Simmons of the San Francisco Chronicle, Leandro Barbosa was not with the team for personal reasons.
