However it will also be a different kind of game where we get to experience Batman as a detective and use his detective skills to complete objectives in the game, and less about punching our way through.

You ever wonder what it’s like to wear the cape and cowl of the Batman?

That’s right: The game basically lets you be the Caped Crusader. Their Arkham games are considered the best superhero games of all time and they did all the iconic characters in there justice. Hopefully that means he’s going to legitimately be back from the dead (and uncremated presumably also), because an Arkham game without his presence would be nearly as bad as one removing Batman himself. First trailer was broadcasted to mark the announcement.

The game launches alongside PlayStation virtual reality system on October the 25th.

The only indication of gameplay was offered by a Warner Bros. representative. Fans who enters this virtual reality world must think like Batman and utilize his legendary gadgets to unravel a plot that threatens the lives of his closest allies.

During Sony’s E3 2016 press conference, the industry’s current leading console manufacturer revealed a partnership with Rocksteady Studios to produce Batman: Arkham VR.

Rocksteady really wants you to be the Bat, hey.

According to designer Bill Green, writing on PlayStation’s official blog, Arkham VR will be “a murder mystery in the style of the classic Batman comic books, but with a strong dose of the dark psychology that the Arkham games are well known for”.
