The timing on this deal is no coincidence, as there’s a big Battlefield reveal coming on May 6.

Battlefield is the biggest selling first person shooter for EA and the next title will most probably release for Xbox one, PlayStation 4 and PC only.
Dragon’s Teeth introduces 4 new multiplayer maps to Battlefield 4, including Sunken Dragon, Propaganda, Pearl Market and Lumphini Garden, plus 5 new weapons, a controllable unmanned ground vehicle and the Chain Link game mode.
Battlefield 4’s Dragon Teeth expansion and Battlefield Hardline’s Robbery expansion are available for free right now. No details for any of the other expansion packs has been given. New Community Missions will also be made available, allowing players to unlock Gold Battlepacks. The said community mission was released on May 3 and is slated to end on May 10 at 9 a.m. PT.
Hardline’s Robbery expansion also includes four new maps, the Squad Heist competitive mode, and a few new weapons and gadgets.

The “Battlefield 4” and “Battlefield: Hardline” free DLC download is part of EA’s promotional activity to celebrate the upcoming revelation of the new “Battlefield” game.
