Bears’ Cutler returns to practice after missing game

Three games into the regular season, the Cowboys are 2-1 and, as Romo has watched from the sideline, the former Haughton and Mississippi State star has completed 67 percent of his passes and stands second in the National Football League in QBR according to ESPN. They never trailed in the entire game from that point. Dallas responded with a 9-play, 44-yard drive which ended in a field goal. Bailey’s PAT moved the lead to 17-0.

The Cowboys offensive line is a strength, and shaking it up with a new player could be problematic. The veteran quarterback has gotten off to a slow start this season, throwing for 373 yards with one touchdown and two interceptions in two games. Sure, Cutler has struggled a bit this year, but he’s still a better quarterback than Brian Hoyer, right? Fox and general manager Ryan Pace stuck with Cutler after taking over the Bears in 2015, in part because of a $10 million guarantee in his contract. However, the Broncos went back to Manning for the final game of the regular season and eventually won Super Bowl 50. “If (Bryant) wants it, he can have it”, Prescott said.

“But I think the fact that (Prescott is) playing well, and if playing well gives us a chance to have another win that we wouldn’t have had if he wouldn’t have played well, all of that would enter into the decision”. “I think we got the right guys in that locker room and I think we’ll improve for it”. A 1-7 start (the lone win was in OT over the Bears in Detroit) had coach Jim Caldwell’s job in jeopardy, and the organization made a mid-season change at offensive coordinator.

“We were getting blocked and not getting off blocks well enough”, Fangio said. “Really in all three phases”. [But] I thought he did some good things. “I’d like obviously to be more balanced”. “That’s something I definitely need to correct”. “No one’s going to feel sorry for us”. “The very first play of the game didn’t go quite as smooth as we’d like”. “He was going through his reads, and he does a good job of it”. With each game, Elliott continues game continues to pick up steam, as he seemingly gets better and better with each and every carry. Jerry Jones, Jason Garrett, all the assistant coaches, his teammates and the multitude of Dallas Cowboys fans all over the U.S. are now at peace, feeling Prescott can carry the load until Tony Romo is healthy and on the field once again.

There are some concerns that could linger throughout the season, however, starting with his workload.
