We can’t wait for more teasers to come! Today, we have a couple of exciting new images. The pretty damsel in her signature yellow ball gown will be brought to life by a real life beauty herself, Emma Watson. As part of its special features, a sneak peek of Bill Condon’s live-action film, which is based on the 1991 film and stars Emma Watson, is included.
As luck would have it, a few advanced copies of this Blu-ray have been making the rounds, and one Twitter user was kind enough to grab some screen shots.
The live-action version of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast has been in the works for some time, but so far it’s been next to impossible to get much of a look-in.

However, one of the pictures also shows us Luke Evans as Gaston and Josh Gad as his sidekick Le Fou, seemingly singing Gaston’s song. Visual effects have advanced leagues in the past 20 years, but blending live-action performers with CG characters is still some tricky business.
Morrissey also shared a piece of concept art: an intricate depiction of the enchanted pendulum clock Cogsworth (Ian McKellen) and candelabra Lumière (Ewan McGregor).
Stephen Chbosky was responsible for the film’s script while Mandeville Films’ David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman acted as producers. Eight-time Oscar victor Alan Menken who wrote songs for the original film returns along with three new songs.
