Several people nearby were stung multiple times, leading three to be hospitalized, two of whom are in serious condition. The number of injured and the extent of injuries of the three adults taken to the hospital were not released.
Officials tell Fox 25 a person was selling three hives, each containing more than 10,000 bees, when one was dropped in a Walmart Neighborhood Market parking lot Saturday morning.
