A 9th person has been charged in connection with last month’s Paris terror attacks in which 130 people were killed.

The man, whose full name was not disclosed, is being held on charges of taking part in a terrorist group and terrorist murders, the Belgian federal prosecutor’s office said.
The attacks and the Belgian links to them have shocked the country and sparked a sharp increase in visible security, with armed police and soldiers patrolling the streets in Brussels. Fugitive Brussels native Salah Abdeslam, who is suspected of direct involvement in the Paris attacks, is still at large.
Abdoullah C.’s contacts with Ait Boulahcen allegedly took place between the time of the Paris attacks and her death in Saint-Denis.
The attacks and the apparent ease with which some of those involved travelled around the European Union beforehand has also raised questions.
An 8-year-old girl who lost her father and siblings in an arson fire that left her severely scarred is sharing the good cheer bestowed on her since her simple Christmas wish went viral. He was detained on Tuesday in a raid on a central Brussels location but Belgian police have only just released the information.

Belgian authorities have arrested three people they say drove Mr. Abdeslam out of Paris and in Brussels and three other suspects, who deny having any connection with Mr. Abdeslam.
