This is all just speculation and rumors for now, but if it turns out to be true, then Ben Affleck’s solo Bat film could turn out to be another massive team-up event for Warner Bros., nearly like Batman V Superman.

Directed by David Ayer and starring Smith, Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, Jai Courtney, and Joel Kinnaman, Suicide Squad will open in the United Kingdom and U.S. on 5 August 2016. It’s rumored that Will Smith’s Deadshot may be featured in the upcoming film.
Ben Affleck makes his debut as the DCEU’s Batman/Bruce Wayne in Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice, out March 25th, 2016.
According to the site, the character will have a major role in “The Batman” (said to be the title of the film – at the moment).
Interesting, very interesting (strokes chin). Not a bad way to continue building up the DCEU. The site suggests the eye-patch wearing sharp shooter might even be teaming up with Batman to fight the forces of evil in the movie. It sparks up a whole new batch of theories of what exactly goes down in Suicide Squad in order for that to work, though.
