According to anonymous sources, Ben has been having a fling with his kids’ nanny, whom he and Jen hired this past spring to help out with Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3.
People also revealed that their source close to Affleck was adamant that Christine and Ben never had anything more than “a work relationship and a friendship”.
“The tabloid [Us Weekly] decided to construct stories to sell magazines”.
“[Ouzounian] says Ben really, really likes her”, claimed an insider, according to the magazine.
A source allegedly told US Weekly: “They would hang out with their kids”.
Garner, who is filming “Miracles From Heaven” in Atlanta, provided her own little miracle by visiting Henry Shepherd, a 9-year-old boy battling Osteosarcoma cancer.
Reports emerged this week that Ouzounian, the couple’s former nanny is claiming that she had an intimate relationship with the 42-year-old actor, Affleck.
Garner employed the young nanny when she and her husband were undergoing a trial separation that went on for 10 months.
TMZ is now saying that Affleck is considering his legal options on this and might sue the glossy for printing the damaging story. We wouldn’t put it past Affleck (we’ve heard many cheating rumors over the years) but Ouzounian seems a little too fame hungry, too quickly.
But Ben’s reps added: “It’s like story time in kindergarten. It’s shameful and desperate”, a rep for Affleck told Page Six on Wednesday. A source tells Us that she’s of Armenian descent. Ben doesn’t have anyone to talk to…there was an inappropriate meeting.

It has been claimed Affleck and Garner are temporarily staying in a property owned by actress Brooke Shields with their three children until further arrangements are made. She’s also reportedly worked for actor Neil Patrick Harris.
