Well no more shall we sit back like Cinderella wishing we could go to the ball, our fairy Godmother, Warner Bros. Although it is not much, the website noted that this give fans the idea that director Zack Snyder will be introducing several DC characters in th film.
Meanwhile, Ben Affleck – who’ll assume the role of Batman in the eagerly-awaited “Batman v Superman” – has defended Snyder’s approach to film-making.
Ben will be the eighth Batman to hit the screen when Batman V. Superman hits cinemas in 2016 – following in the footsteps of Lewis Wilson, Robert Lowery, Adam West, Michael Keaton, Val Kilmer, George Clooney, and Christian Bale.
Terrio did the rewrite on the script for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, after Affleck brought him aboard the project after their collaboration on the Oscar-winning film Argo.
There have also been strong indications that Affleck’s version of Batman will appear in Suicide Squad along with classic DC villains The Joker (Jared Leto), Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie) and Killer Croc (Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje).
With the photos releasing, it gives you a better look at what you can expect from the movie.
To put it simply, the story in “Man of Steel” took place before Superman became the Superman we know. Rumor had it that the movie was to be titled The Batman. That footage eventually made it into the trailer that was released earlier this year.
But whether this will carry on the chronological series of events begun in Man of Steel or veer off in a related but different direction remains to be seen.
Speaking to Empire Online, Henry Cavill also explained that the coming “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” movie should be viewed by fans as a standalone film and not a follow-up to any of the previous Batman or Superman movies.
