Benghazi emails involving Clinton recovered by FBI
A spokesman for the department noted that the approximately 30 documents in question are still being examined and may include duplicates of the emails already turned over by Clinton’s staff and released to the public.

Government lawyers told U.S. District Court Judge Amit P. Mehta Tuesday that an undetermined number of the emails among the 30 were not included in the 55,000 pages previously provided by Clinton. He ordered the department to report to him in a week with more details about why the review process would take a full month.
Previously, Clinton has told reporters and a congressional committee that all work-related emails were turned over last year-and even though these new emails may well turn out to be of a personal nature, it’s hard to believe that any discussion by a sitting Secretary of State about a terrorist attack on a US consulate would be completely non-work-related.
The agency also is set to release its 30-page report to the Justice Department recommending no criminal charges against Clinton, CNN reports, citing multiple law enforcement officials.
The FBI expects to make public as soon as Wednesday a dozen pages of notes from Hillary ClintonHillary Rodham ClintonPoll: Clinton leads by 5, with both candidates increasingly unpopular Poll: Clinton up 8 over Trump in Pa.
Clinton’s Republican rival, Donald Trump, pounced on the latest development regarding her emails. “Hillary Clinton swore before a federal court and told the American people she handed over all of her work-related emails”. While the group has established a 29 September deadline for Clinton, it was not immediately clear if Clinton is legally obligated to answer the questions before or after the November election.
The official, who wasn’t authorized to discuss the matter by name and spoke on condition of anonymity, said documents in the case would be made public as the Federal Bureau of Investigation responds to Freedom of Information Act requests.
While Comey called the former secretary of State “extremely careless” for using the server, he said repeatedly that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case”.

He told reporters that “it is highly likely their search terms missed some work-related emails” and told the House Oversight Committee that “we did not find evidence to indicate that they did the eraser to hide things of any sort”.
