Benteke and Balotelli will not be presents to clubs – Klopp
Mark Lawrenson has told Liverpool to forget about finishing in the top four unless Jurgen Klopp makes one or two world-class signings before the close of the summer transfer window.

Klopp made a decision to leave both Benteke and Balotelli out of the squad and is reported to have instructed both forwards to find a new club.
Both strikers have been deemed surplus to requirements at Anfield, with Divock Origi, Daniel Sturridge, Roberto Firmino and Danny Ings also in the squad.
“Christian Benteke, Mario Balotelli, all the other strikers, they are really good; they don’t miss anything in their chances”, the German said.
“If we give presents to other clubs because we have “too many strikers”, that’s the biggest mistake”. We will 100% not do this. But we’re in a much better position than on July 2. Until August 31 I can change my mind if I want, each second.
Benteke has attracted the most interest, with Crystal Palace having a £25million bid rejected at the start of July and more recently West Brom reportedly entering the race to sign the Belgium worldwide.
The former Salzburg star joined the Reds from Southampton this summer, signign a five-year contract and in turn becoming the most expensive African player in terms of a fee to play in the Premier League.
“Benteke is a player we are interested in”. “It’s exciting for everybody having these big names in the league”.
“It’s England, managers obviously have a more, in public, special role than maybe in other countries”.
“We still all have to play and work”.
However by the 70th minute Liverpool were losing 4-1. “We will see what happens”.

“We have made seven transfers, sold a few players, loaned a few players. we still have our base from previous year and I hope we can build on that”. Sunday it was better, Monday it was better, but it’s a bruise in the heel. The way we defended they were all involved, Sadio too.
