But for buyers who want an even rarer Bentayga, Bentley unveiled a limited run dubbed the First Edition at the Sunset Marquis in West Hollywood, California.

“The Bentayga First Edition features Union Jack badging, illuminated treadplates, and 22” black painted and polished wheels.

To satisfy your curiosity at the specific number of units (608) chosen, it refers to the power output of the Bentayga’s 6.0 litre TSI W12 engine that produces 608 PS (600 hp) along with 900 Nm of torque. The theme continues inside where the cabin is covered in “Diamond within Diamond” quilting, bespoke ambient lighting, Union Jack fascia badging to enhance the special feel of driving the series further. The seats are embroidered with the First Edition legend and also feature special double contrast stitching.
The final special feature is one that can be enjoyed whether in or away from the auto. This powerplant gets the super-luxurious SUV to 60 miles per hour in an impressive 4.1 seconds and up to a top speed of 187 miles per hour, making it the fastest SUV in the world.

It is equipped with an array of striking features that celebrate both the pioneering nature of the Bentayga and its unique abilities”, said sales and marketing board member Kevin Rose. Bentley added that the timepieces will be available later as an option for Bentayga customers as well. On the plus side, First Edition customers will receive a unique Breitling watch to complement their new, luxury SUV that can be worn around and not remain as a showpiece on the car’s dashboard.
The Emergency has a dual frequency personal locator beacon; the Cockpit B50 boasts an electric multifunction calibre; while the Chronomat 38 has a smaller form factor and is designed for women.

These chronographs will be available later as optional equipment for Bentayga customers.
