Bernie Sanders endorses Hillary Clinton for Democratic presidential nominee
Bernie Sanders offered his long-awaited endorsement of Democratic rival Hillary Clinton, hoping to transfer the energy of his supporters into the party’s fight against Republican Donald Trump. “The bigger picture is more important than just one battle”, she said. Sanders, however, refused to concede, despite criticism from Clinton supporters arguing that a divided Democratic Party would strengthen Donald Trump’s campaign.

Stein – who has always been a vocal critic of Clinton – disagreed, tweeting, “many Bernie hearts are breaking right now” and including an emoji of a breaking heart. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., wave to supporters as Sanders endorsed Clinton during a rally in Portsmouth, N.H., Tuesday, July 12, 2016.
“But she won’t”, Stein tweeted.
“This campaign is about the needs of the American people and addressing the very serious crisis that we face, and there is no doubt in my mind that, as we head into November, Hillary Clinton is far and away the best candidate”.
“I don’t believe information should be given out unless people want it to be given out”, said Karen Higgins, a co-President of National Nurses United.
The campaign rally was held in New Hampshire, where Sanders pummeled Clinton in the state’s primary earlier this year.
He closed with a personal note, telling supporters, “I can not say with words how appreciative Jane and I are of the kindness, dedication and love we experienced from so many people across the country”. Bernie Sanders gave his blessing during a Clinton campaign event in New Hampshire. Is she clapping for Sanders or herself? 3.
Sanders convention delegate Diane Russell added “I think when we saw Hillary Clinton’s speech that’s where the real magic was because you could actually hear Bernie’s words coming out of her mouth”.
“It’s a little awkward to have someone that associates themselves with socialism to enforce someone that is a neo- liberal person”, said Hector Picon a Sanders supporter. Hillary Clinton, the presumptive Democratic nominee.
