Bernie Sanders & Hillary Clinton Appear Together in New Hampshire
Moreover, Sanders and Clinton agreeing marks a new step towards consolidating the democratic party ahead of the nomination and plunge into the final whirlwind of the general election.

Sanders concluded his remarks by stating that Clinton will make an outstanding president and that he is proud to stand with her. According to the Guardian, Mr. Sanders’ endorsement comes after a meeting with Ms. Clinton in Orlando over the weekend that apparently swung the Democratic policy platform to the left on issues such as minimum wage, climate change and marijuana.
“I’m assuming that he is not just going to say ‘I endorse her, ‘ but explain to many of those that voted for him why given the values that he’s stood for, voting for Hillary Clinton over Donald Trump is obviously the thing to do”, Frank said. “Bernie Sanders, who has lost most of his leverage, has totally sold out to Crooked Hillary Clinton”, he wrote on Twitter Tuesday.
Clinton’s adoption of this proposal could result in as much as 80% of Americans attending college without having to take on further debt to do so.
While his endorsement earned major applause throughout the New Hampshire venue, there was also a group of Sanders supporters who walked out in protest, one of whom was holding a sign that read “nope”.
Sanders slammed Trump’s anti-Mexican and anti-Muslim comments, claiming the GOP hopeful would divide Americans.
Sanders picked up an early win in New Hampshire, a victory few pundits would have predicted months earlier. “Sanders was not true to himself and his supporters”.
“I don’t believe that someone who five days ago was being hounded by the FBI is someone I would trust with my future”, he said, a reference to the investigation into Clinton’s use of a personal email server during her tenure at the State Department.
For Sanders, a campaign that began as a liberal crusade will probably end that way, with the Vermont senator still fighting for the issues that made up his “political revolution” even as his clout fades.
CNN has shared footage of Mr. Sanders’ endorsement of Ms. Clinton.
Nevertheless, Sanders held on.
Over the course of the primary season, Sanders won 23 contests in total, including many battleground states such as Colorado, Wisconsin and MI. And Jake Sullivan, Clinton’s top policy adviser, spoke with Sanders supporters in Washington state.
His campaign was powered by an impressive online fundraising machine that raised more than $200 million and threatened Clinton’s once overwhelming lead in the primaries with the help of voters drawn to his anti-establishment message.

“There are a lot of unhappy campers out there who will not follow Sanders back into the graveyard of the Democratic Party”, Stein said.
