Bernie Sanders receives his first Congressional endorsement

Bernie Sanders says he doesn’t attack people personally. The interviews after the debate allows voters to get a better sense of who the candidates really are.

It’s your responsibility as a citizen to look into other potential candidates who have plans that align with what you believe in. “I just don’t do that”.

“I do not support Sanders’ unsustainable spending programs”, Bierworth said.

Hillary Clinton is already taking flack for an apparent reversal of her position on the TPP. Progressives view re-instating that Depression-era law as a key part of reforming Wall Street.

“I appreciate the hard work that President Obama and his team put into this process and recognize the strides they made”, Clinton added. I think there are still a lot of unanswered questions. Gallup’s poll in August found that only 25% of Latinos were familiar of Sanders, while 14% of them knew Democratic presidential candidate and former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley.

While Clinton is undoubtedly the frontrunner in the democratic primary, she is constantly flip flopping to gain the support from progressives in her party.

Sanders is leading Clinton in New Hampshire since August and is close to Clinton by single digits in Iowa. Her campaign infrastructure – Clinton’s campaign blanketed the country with temporary field organizers when it launched – might begin to pay off. Many Republicans remember how Democrats successfully used the flip-flopping charges to undercut Mitt Romney’s appeal during his 2012 campaign against Obama.

Sanders argued that his economic politics are what is helping him attract Republican supporters before next year’s general presidential election. He also attributed the lack of jobs with a correlation to the interests of the 1 percent, as corporations are outsourcing jobs with the support of the US government through tax breaks and subsidies.

“I know something about immigration, because my dad came to this country from Poland at the age of 17 without a nickel in his pocket, without much of an education, and without knowing the English language”, Sanders told the crowd of Latino activists. “I will fight for every vote I can get in the Latino community”.

Karina Preciado-Quintanilla, an academic adviser at Brandman University in California and a master’s student herself, asked Sanders in the rope line how she’d be able to escape the burden of student loan debt and afford a house.

Sanders entered the race in April bashing the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal and the Keystone XL oil pipeline.

Her campaign is also said to include removing of a legislation protecting gun manufacturers, dealers and distruibutors from most laible persecution.

The heart of her plan called for increased background checks on new gun purchases – something she said she would implement through a presidential executive order if Congress was unable to pass similar measures. “He still has that fire, that passion for real reform”.

She’s showing off that gift, wants everybody to see it because for so long the Clintons have been trying to argue that this Benghazi investigation and the e-mail investigation that grew out of it was politically motivated.
