Bernie Sanders: ‘Something Is Clearly Lacking’ In Hillary Clinton’s Judgment

With Clinton falling short in Wyoming, she has now lost seven of the last eight nominating contests – although she still holds a significant lead in pledged delegates. At the time, Bernie Sanders told his supporters that what mattered now was how well he was doing in the race.

The Vermont senator won 56 percent of the Wyoming vote to 44 percent for Clinton, CNN projected, with most ballots counted. “If she’s winning the nomination, I want you to vote for her in November of course, but we gotta win”, Bill Clinton said.

Hillary Clinton expressed confidence that she will have the delegates needed, and that there will not be a contested Democratic convention in Philadelphia.

Hillary Clinton still leads by 219 delegates, making her the most likely candidate to win the nomination by a long way. Encouraging voters to turn out for Tuesday’s primary – which is actually a week from this coming Tuesday – Clinton urges younger voters who are mainly in the Sanders camp to skip voting because, “voting is for nerds”.

“We’re looking forward to NY and other states as well”. I’m leading him in pledged delegates with a larger margin than then-Senator Obama ever had over me.

Cruz would have to win more than 90 percent of the remaining delegates in order to earn the majority needed to clinch the Republican nomination before the party’s convention in July.

The Wyoming victory underscores continued support for Sanders among the liberals who have helped propel him to victory in states such as Wisconsin and Washington in recent weeks. Tapper quoted her as saying, “I feel sorry sometimes for the young people who believe this”. “I think there are some different standards for women – some of them are subconscious”.

“I think it’s obvious by a country mile and that’s all that matters to me”, Clinton said. “Some of the polls out there are reflecting that momentum”, Sanders told Politico in press conference in Queens following his Wyoming win.

Clinton obtains 53% of the votes in NY compared to 37% for Sanders.

Front runner Donald Trump leads both Kasich and Cruz in the polls heading into next Tuesdays New York primary. She represented the state as a U.S. senator and has headquartered her campaign in the New York City borough of Brooklyn.

Sanders raised the stakes on Wednesday night, launching into a tirade on why Clinton is “not qualified” for the presidency by citing her positions on trade and her coziness with Wall Street interests.
