Steven Adams of the Oklahoma City Thunder suffered a blow to the basketballs in Game 2 last week while playing the Golden State Warriors. It’s been reported the league is looking at the options of having Green pay a small fine for the kick or having him sit out during Game 4 on Tuesday, May 24.

Green’s performance in a 118-94 loss to Oklahoma City in Game 4 brought neither him nor the Warriors any comfort.
Green was called for a flagrant foul 1 after he was fouled by Adams with less than six minutes remaining in the second quarter and kicked his leg up into Adams’ groin.
“The way I look it, it looks intentional to me”, Thunder guard Russell Westbrook said.

Adams was guarding the forward at that time but was then kicked in the groin as Green attempted to make a shot. During his time on the court, Green was 2-of-16 from the field with five assists and 10 turnovers.
Asked about his mindset being one flagrant foul in the playoffs away from a suspension, Green said, “Game 4 is going to be very exciting”. This stuff happens all the time.
“I followed through on a shot”, Green said.
“I’m kind of upset about this, ‘Will he get suspended or will he not?’ It’s just frustrating”. “I’m sure it was a stressful 48 hours for him not knowing what the decision was going to be and dealing with those emotions coming into tonight and trying to help our team win”.
Meanwhile, staffers at the city’s after-school program say they’re trying to impart good values to the kids on the court.
Honestly I think it was intentional. “I think our energy goes as my energy goes, and I’ve been terrible”. So I don’t understand how that can be deemed a flagrant 1. We all knew that was going to happen.
Huffington Post had the video of a similar play in Game 2 at the Oracle Arena. I don’t think you can ever really compare a leg to an arm.
“I don’t know how anybody could say I did that on objective regardless of how it looks”, Green said. Westbrook kicks out his feet on every 3 and there is contact.
