Just as she did with her 2013 album Beyoncé, the singer released the single Formation with no warning.

Earlier today we reported that Beyonce would be announcing her brand new World Tour within the next 48 hours, and it seems as though the major announcement is coming TONIGHT! She’s also adorable, so that helps.
She smashed it out the park with a Super Bowl Halftime performance fitting of the Queen Bey.
Laverne Cox, known for her role in “Orange is the New Black”, posted on Twitter: “Getting myself together after watching the new @Beyonce video #Formation #ISlay”. Pre-sale starts February 9, and general on sale goes up February 16.
Though it has not been confirmed whether or not she will be performing it, Beyonce will be a special guest at the Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show headlined by Coldplay on Sunday night.
The news comes just one day after the superstar released her new single “Formation”.
Billed as “The Formation World Tour”, the trek launches April 27 in Miami with 21 additional stadium dates throughout the U.S including a May 14th date at the Rose Bowl.
Now it’s been announced that Beyonce is taking Formation on the road.
And she hasn’t let us down.
In a rare TV interview, she told CBS: “It’s one of those magical performances you can’t recreate”.

The singer has already taken to the National Football League sporting event’s stage, but this marks the first time she will team up with another act. I knew I had to make the best of the moment and I wanted it to be something iconic and something that people will never forget.
