Beyonce just dropped “Lemonade”, her sixth solo album on Tidal, the streaming service she co-owns.

Beyoncé announced the release of her latest album “Lemonade” during an hour long HBO special last night.

Beyonce has spent most of this year so far dropping hints about the Michael Brown and Eric Garner release.

Elsewhere, following the release of Lemonade last night, celebrities came out in force to praise Beyonce for her latest body of work, because let’s face it, it’s nothing short of flawless. Later, on “Sorry”, with a twerking Serena Williams by her side, she shows her man the stupidity of his cheating ways and all he’s lost.

It follows extensive speculation around the state of the power couple’s marriage following reports Jay Z was accosted in a lift by Beyonce’s sister Solange in 2014.

She continues: “Something don’t feel right because it ain’t right, especially coming up after midnight / I smell your secrets and I’m not too ideal to ever feel this worthless / How did it come down to this, going through your call list?”

She then warns that if her husband’s infidelity does not end “you’re gonna lose your wife”.

Social media users posted messages on the internet wondering if Beyonce was calling for a divorce from Jay-Z.

The singer may have said numerous lyrics are written from the perspective of her mother, yet fans are speculating they are really about Beyoncé’s relationship with her husband.

The album’s sound is a continuation of the artistic statement Beyonce made with her previous self-titled album, which back-burner-ed radio potential in favour of dirty alt-R&B.

But the theme of that album was very different, it dealt with passion and monogamy.

Beyonce Knowles Carter’s credits on Lemonade include director, executive producer, and president and CEO of Parkwood Entertainment.
