Biden to introduce Lady Gaga at the Oscars

Biden, who was the main author of the 1994 Violence Against Women Act during his career in the Senate, will introduce Lady Gaga for a performance of her nominated song, “Til It Happens to You”, an administration official told the Los Angeles Times.

The 29-year-old entertainer’s song is from The Hunting Ground, a documentary shedding light on campus rape.

The pair will find out on Sunday if that force for change translates into an Oscar win, and Diane believes the best original song category is one immune from the diversity debate that has plagued the ceremony.

First Lady Michelle Obama presented best picture (to Ben Affleck’s “Argo”) remotely from the White House in 2013, and President Ronald Reagan delivered a taped message in 1981. Of course, it’s cool. With the Oscars as a very well watched platform, the VP is expected to address the well heeled audience in the Dolby Theatre about the issue and ask the TV audience to get involved with the personal responsibility aims of It’s On Us. “I’m so shocked by how much people are loving our tribute!”

“Gaga delivers. Put her on a stage and she will blow you away”.

Both Gaga and Warren have been victims of sexual violence and the singer has described working on the song as “healing”.

“I would never have done this without Diane”.

Warren said she took a risk calling Gaga and asking her to work on the song. I would never be able to face it by myself and sing somebody else’s song.

She added: “It’s still going”.
