A Swedish team of physicists are on the verge of scooping up Leonard and Sheldon’s “super fluid vortex experiment”. They agree the helium guy is the lesser of two evils. Bernadette called Stuart into the room, and asked him about a dating app he had on his phone. To seal the deal, Leonard imparts a fake Einstein quote in order to convince Sheldon what they’re doing is for the advancement of science. Leonard is the one that’s going to kill Sheldon if he continues digging them in a hole. Sheldon told the guy to give them the helium first, but then the guy pointed out that if he did they could drive away without paying. He also found out where Keith lived and worked. They simply turned to the black market to find the helium they needed, with very mixed results. Leonard and Sheldon bring the helium supply back to the lab while Sheldon remains morally skeptical. That could mean anything, but what sticks to Sheldon is Property of U.S Government, and they can’t be accessories to a federal crime. Apparently he had a nice time with Amy last night and would love to take her out again. Sheldon said that better not cost more than $1,000 because that’s all he had on him. So much so that he even offers to take out the Swedes if they need him to. While the app proved unsuccessful, her friends remain supportive of Amy’s pro-active approach of meeting someone new. Viewers are also excited to know if she will get back with Sheldon, especially now that she is currently dating other guys that she met from an online dating app.
Back with Howard, Raj, Penny, Bernadette, and Amy, Penny said, “Where do we stand on “Cross-eyed Mike”?”
In “The Transporter Malfunction”, the late Nimoy lent his voice when Sheldon dreamt that his Spock action figures were talking to him.

Leonard and Sheldon on the other hand are in desperate need for precious liquid helium in the race to complete their experiment while in competition with the Swedes. Sheldon mentioned a movie that he had invited Kenneth over to watch, “But it might scare you straight”.
