“Hey Ben, like Tim said…” Drake is also the only Robin who deduces that Bruce Wayne and Batman are one and the same by himself too, and that’s an intriguing plot point to build on. “We need him as Tim Drake.’ That’s exactly what I wanted to happen”. Potter, a lifelong comics fan, Googled Drake and noticed that he bears a resemblance to the character.
Marvel has done a really wonderful job lately of adding a lot more diversity to their universe. Raised in Japan until he was seven, Potter, 21, has a Japanese father and American mother, and would be a rare Asian-American face in the cinematic superhero lineup. Very little is known about Affleck’s upcoming Batman film – other than that Joe Manganiello has been cast as Deathstroke – and Tim Drake may not even appear in the film.

The minute-long video was choreographed and shot in under three hours, and features Potter taking on a number of armed and unarmed thuggish types, using his fleet feet, fast fists, a bo staff, and some twirls and leaps that would do the Olympic gymnastics team proud.
