The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued fresh summons to Kashmiri separatist leader Shabir Ahmad Shah, now in Delhi, for questioning in connection with a case pertaining to the alleged terror financing through “hawala channel”. He said that the terrorists were “fighting for a cause” just like what Bhagat Singh did for his country.
