Bill Belichick Didn’t Have Anything to Say About Chandler Jones During Press
At that point, Jones was en route to the hospital after he displayed freakish behavior at a police station in Foxborough, Mass. Previous reports were that the Patriot overdoesd on pills at Gonk’s home but now it has been reported that synthetic marijuana was what made Chandler Jones so ill.

Jones was released later that day and reported to Monday’s practice, where he participated fully, according to a statement from the Patriots.
“I know it sounds repetitive and like I’m repeating myself but that’s what it is right now, becoming the best 95 I can be and help this team out”, Jones said.
“I made a stupid mistake”, Jones said Thursday in front of his locker at Gillette Stadium after the final full practice before Saturday’s AFC divisional playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Jones: “Like I said, I understand the question, I do”.
Patriots head coach Bill Belichick briefly touched on the Jones controversy during a scheduled press conference Thursday morning.
Jones strongly indicated he would be playing tomorrow against the Chiefs, which is a promising sign considering he missed the regular-season finale against the Dolphins because of the toe.
Police communications indicated that Jones was on the influence of a “class D” substance when he showed up at the nearby police station.
Also Thursday, the Foxborough Police released an incident report, which said that Jones arrived at the police station, not far from his home, shirtless and in blue sweatpants.
Belichick then refused to answer any more questions about Jones. I love everybody in this organization. “Obviously, I’ve been through some injuries and I’m telling you, it’s just not easy to come back right in midseason and just have a performance like that. We issued a statement on that and I really don’t have anything to add to it”.
“Well we’ll find out (tomorrow)”, Belichick said.
On Saturday morning, team president Jonathan Craft said Jones “handled this appropriately, assuming the incident was going to happen”.

For the Chiefs, Jeremy Maclin, Justin Houston and Tamba Hali are all active after being listed as questionable.
