The analysis, which examined donor lists posted on the foundation’s website, found that 53 percent of the donors that have given $1 million or more to the charity are corporations or foreign citizens, groups or governments.

The Clinton campaign maintains that there was nothing improper about exchanges between longtime Clinton aides who were working at the Clinton Foundation and the State Department.
Hillary Clinton’s family foundation will no longer accept foreign and corporate donations if she is elected president, and will bring an end to its annual Clinton Global Initiative meeting regardless of the outcome of the November election.
Voters’ negative views of the foundation appear to be rooted in how it is perceived: While 29 percent of voters say the foundation’s objective is mostly charitable in that it raises and spends money to provide help for those in need, nearly four in 10 voters (36 percent) say it is a mostly political organization that raises and spends money to further the interests of the Clinton family.
“Well first of all George, the steps that were taken when Secretary Clinton went to State Department were unprecedented”, Mook claimed before rattling off some of the positive work the foundation purports to have done.
“It must be shut down immediately”, he wrote. The State Department says it was not influenced by the Clinton Foundation.
At the staff meeting, Clinton said he and his daughter did not face any external pressure to make the changes, but wanted to avoid any potential issues or second guessing for Hillary Clinton should she move into the White House.
The charitable foundation has been scrutinized throughout Hillary Clinton’s presidential bid, but the organization has faced greater scrutiny since emails were newly uncovered showing a top Clinton Foundation donor seeking access to a top diplomat when Clinton was secretary of state.
“I do feel sometimes like this campaign has entered into an alternative universe”, she said in an appearance on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” taped Monday afternoon. “How the Clinton Foundation Put National Security Up for Sale”, read the subject of a Republican National Committee news release.
Giuliani also speculated on Clinton’s health, telling the program he thinks “Hillary is tired” and appeared “pathetic” when she was at a press event with police officers recently.
“No matter how this group tries to mischaracterize these documents, the fact remains that Hillary Clinton never took action as Secretary of State because of donations to the Clinton Foundation”, Clinton campaign spokesman Josh Schwerin said about the newest emails.
August 19 marks the 70th birthday of President Bill Clinton, whose eight-year term dominated the decade of the 1990s.
CGEP, which says Canadian law prevents it from disclosing its donors’ names without their permission, was founded by Bill Clinton, the former USA president, and Canadian businessman Frank Giustra in 2007 to improve work opportunities for people in poor countries.
Major changes would come to the Clinton Foundation if Hillary Clinton is elected president this fall.
The Clinton Foundation, created by the former president in 2001 after his departure from the White House, disburses funds domestically and overseas, handing out some 218 million dollars in 2014.

After all, this is not a family foundation to help their college alma mater or a food pantry in Westchester County or Bill’s presidential library in Arkansas where most donors are from the United States.
