A week before the IL primary, Bill Clinton stumps for Hillary Tuesday in the heavily liberal Evanston, a big source of potential support for Bernie Sanders.

“You can’t just cut this or that group out”, said Clinton. Over the summer, Hillary Clinton also popped up at Sweet Potato Sensations.
It was this parable that reminded her to “practice the discipline of gratitude every day”, she said. “She taught so many of us as women how to stand in the face of adversity”.
“There is much to be grateful for even when it doesn’t feel or look like it”, she said.
Campaign organizers said President Clinton will be discussing why they believe Hillary Clinton is the best candidate to raise wages and incomes for Missouri families and break down racial, social and economic barriers as President.
She goes on to recount to the story of the Prodigal Son, who returns home after disappointing his father, having “been out there having a pretty good time committing every sin that you could list”.
Hillary Clinton will be in Raleigh as well, but her campaign has not announced a formal, public appearance. Carrying signs that read “African Americans for Hillary”, the crowd showed her strength with a key constituency in the Democratic primary against her opponent, Vermont Sen.
In Michigan and in the South, Clinton is overwhelmingly popular among black voters.
Bill Clinton also made stops Monday in Raleigh and Greensboro, aiming to encourage North Carolinians to vote early.
Republican candidate Donald Trump is expected to be there after he opened a campaign office recently in Fayetteville.
“People talk about making America great again”.
Bill Clinton’s continuing popularity was evident as soon as he took the stage to shouts of “We love you Bill!”

She said that pipes – and lives – needed to be fixed in Flint, where the water supply has been poisoned by lead. She also vowed to help rescue the Detroit schools, where, she noted at each stop, small children attend schools filled with mold and rodents.
