Bill Clinton used taxpayer money for Foundation, email server

The cash was funneled through the Former Presidents Act, a General Services Administration program that supports the staff, travel and pensions of former presidents after they leave office. Her use of that system was dubbed “extremely careless” by the Federal Bureau of Investigation director.

The Clintons were using the Former President’s Act, a federal program through the General Services Administration (GSA) – which is generally used for the objective of paying former president’s staff, travel and pensions – to pay 13 out of 22 staffers who also worked at the nonprofit, reports Politico. Cooper continued working to maintain Clinton’s private email system-including advising her top aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills on attempted hacks-through at least 2012, according to emails released by the State Department.

When Hillary Clinton was confirmed as President Barack Obama’s Secretary of State, the Clinton-Chagoury friendship advanced to the point that Bill Clinton’s closest aide to pushed for Chagoury to meet with top US diplomats, and the USA government is considering the construction of a multi-million-dollar consulate on Chagoury owned land in Lagos, Nigeria.

Now, when it comes to searches about the Clinton Foundation, especially, Google delivers markedly different search results from Bing.com and other search engines.

The Times editorial details the history of the foundation Bill Clinton started in 2001 “as a vehicle to fund his presidential library”.

The real reason for having a private server instead of an official one is that the fomer being for an individual’s private use is exempt from the Freedom of Information Act. The foundation had then made public a list of donors, which turned out to include a number of big corporations, foreign governments including the Saudi royal family, and other oligarchs.

The Trump Campaign responded to the Editorial, calling on Hillary Clinton to heed the growing calls for her foundation to cease accepting foreign and corporate contributions immediately.

As Ricky Ricardo used to say to his loveable trouble-making wife, “Lucy, you got some “splainin” to do” – the Clintons, depending on who you ask, less loveable and more prone to trouble, have yet again some explaining to do.

Campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said the Politico story is “egregiously false” and that they expect a correction from the outlet.

Politico’s investigation found that American tax dollars went toward the purchasing of IT equipment (including servers) at the Clinton Foundation and also toward the pay and benefits of several staffers who are now caught in the middle of Hillary’s email and pay-to-play scandals.
