Bill de Blasio calls Ted Cruz a ‘hypocrite’ for NYC remarks
Presidential rival Donald Trump has repeatedly questioned Cruz’s presidential eligibility.

Republican presidential candidate, Sen. “That’s a caricature, I would say, of a certain kind of Jew”. (He has been raising a lot of money there, including at the penthouse of two gay businessmen, but whatever.) If Trump had been quicker he would have zeroed in on the “money” part to point the finger at a pol who in Senate run relied on two big banks at the heart of the financial crisis.
For months, Ted Cruz hugged Donald Trump so closely on substance and style that it was almost impossible to divine any ideological split between them.
At the sixth GOP debate Thursday night, Cruz clarified what he meant by those values.
“The thing I admire most about Jeb is that he has stayed true to who he is, that he hasn’t tried to get ahead in a contested primary by embracing demagoguery”, Graham said. It made Trump one of the most well-known “birthers”, a term used to describe those who insisted Obama had been born elsewhere. “He will get creamed with Hispanics and young women”, Graham said.
No one – least of all the socially awkward, Cruz who reeks of condescension – is going to beat Trump at his game.
“I am convinced that if this president could confiscate every gun in America, he would”, said senator Marco Rubio. “We’re looking for the whole package here”. “And I won’t be angry when we fix it”.
Trump responded with an emotional tribute to the resilience his home city showed in response to the September 11, 2001, attacks.
The two also sparred on other issues, including Cruz’s claim that Trump embodies “New York values”.
“If he had any class, he would apologize to the people of New York”, Cuomo said in a phone interview with NY1 Friday. He added: “I have to tell you, that was a very insulting statement that Ted made”. Newton Boris Schwartz, an attorney based in Houston, was suing the Texas senator over a stipulation in the Constitution that requires candidates to be “natural born” citizens of the United States, the Hill reported. Cruz was challenged on his place of birth, and Rubio on both of his parents not being USA citizens at the time he was born.
Trump suggested that Cruz could put any lingering concerns to rest by taking the question of White House eligibility to court himself.
In the new ad, Trump runs through his central campaign platforms, including his vows to strengthen the country’s borders, “fix” it’s health care system and the military, and take better care of veterans.
But I promise you, in the state of SC, they do. His campaign was not immediately available for comment Friday. Smith’s wife, Moira, was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
