Nye may have taught us a lot about chemical reactions over the years, but none of that comes close to the Science Guy’s reactions to mean tweets!
“I F***ING HATE BILL NYE THE A**HOLE GUY!!” one raging tweeter all-capped. Complaints coated his views relating to evolution and global warming, in addition to the tutorial packages that made him well-known. So he was probably prepared for the worst when he participated in his own version of “Mean Tweets”.
Highlights include Nye fumbling over the pronunciation of “TFIOS” (a.k.a.The Fault In Our Stars), getting mildly excited about paint drying, and being disturbed by the misuse of a certain naughty word.
