Guard Richie Incognito said he felt “terrible” for Roman, but believes the offense will rally under Lynn. Rex had Buffalo set up a jumbo formation, broadcasting to everyone – including the Jets – that they were going to run the ball. He brought in Ed Reed to add to the coaching staff, because that’s another one of ‘his guys’. Being around him for two years, he’s got a tremendous work ethic, he’s got a ton of knowledge of this offense and what we are trying to do.
