Bills view Patriots game as barometer

The Bills have beaten the Patriots in Foxboro only once in the past 14 tries, but this game might be closer than people expect. The teams met earlier this season in Week 2, with the Patriots coming away with a 40-32 win at Ralph Wilson Stadium. They have been favored by at least seven points in each of their last seven games.

“I would much rather be playing someone else”, he admitted. But we are better than that, we are better than that.

“We purposely set a path going to different teams”, Rex said, according to ESPN. “We got great coaches already here, and so… but we’ll see”.

“Everyone pretty much wanted us to end our season after we loss to the Jaguars”. They were solid against the Dolphins and Jets in the last two weeks, making crucial stops against Ryan Tannehill and Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Now, Taylor has a lot more experience under his belt, and he should be able to play better against the defending champions.

The Buffalo Bills (5-4) and New England Patriots (9-0) are set to face each other for the second and last time this season in a Monday Night Football game at the Gillette Stadium. “We’re better than that”. Now Brady, he’s been scorching everybody. “That was hard to fathom, that has never happened to me before”.

Ryan earned a reputation with the Jets for holding Brady down. Those are respectable numbers that fall right around the middle of the pack in the NFL. WR Brandon Marshall was double-teamed throughout the game by the Bills’ defense, and limited him to three catches for 23 yards and a TD. Brady hasn’t looked back.

“He’s completing 70 percent of his passes”, Belichick added. He has 24 TD passes and three interceptions. Last Sunday’s matchup between the two storied franchises brought arguably the best game of the season, as New England edged out a 27-26 victory over the G-Men. “They’re playing well offensively”. You are doing a steady thing of coverage, he’s going to kill you.

“(The Patriots) haven’t won yet, so we have to keep fighting”, linebacker Preston Brown said. It was like, ‘Oh, OK, so if we can get Brady to hold the ball, we might be more successful than we think’. They lost a few good players so hopefully we have closed the gap. Belichick offered a tongue-in-cheek reply: “Well, I might have a little quickness on him”. When they got a rush, the back seven was covering. “The more space you give him, the worse it is”. “So what’s that, 800 yards for a game?”

In fact his Monday night game at Washington in September of 2013 was the third-highest rushing game of his career when he rolled for 184 yards on 31 carries (5.9 avg.) and a touchdown in a six-point win. Analyzing Buffalo’s offense and defense, reveals that the Bills have improved since the team’s first matchup with quarterback Tom Brady. They have more TD passes allowed (17) than sacks (14). The Giants always manage to rattle him.

This type of Rex seems too calculating for my liking.

“They’re getting to him”.

An effective running game will help the offensive line protect Brady, and open up the play-action passing game and the middle of the field for Gronkowski and Danny Amendola. “He’ll be back when we practice on Thursday”.

“I know New England is looking forward to this game”, Ryan said. “I know we’ve improved as a football team, I know we have. You got to learn from your mistakes and put us in position to play”.

Overall, the secondary has outplayed the Bills’ vaunted front four this season. He ended up struggling as a result, and the game was just one of the growing pains he battled throughout the year. He and Gilmore are becoming one of the league’s top cornerback tandems. “OK, here we go”.
