Bindi Irwin Vamps It Up for Her First Halloween Costume Ever
The group promises an interesting showing knowing that best friends and solid contenders Ballas and Hough, whose teams in the past “Dancing with the Stars” season never lost, will be performing for the same team.

Other dancers are also gearing up for the Halloween night performance.
Wildlife lover Bindi Irwin is used to dealing with creepy crawlies, so it shouldn’t be surprising that the Crocodile Hunter’s daughter once dressed up like a spider for Halloween.
Derek said he was so proud of Bindi and he was really happy they were able to pull off the lift that Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze made famous in the 1989 classic. Bindi shared the Instagram picture below for a special Halloween edition of Flashback Friday.
Bindi Irwin might prefer cute costumes over creepy ones, but it looks like her Dancing with the Stars partner is all about the scares. “It’s closed off”, Derek joked during our last visit.
Toting a pumpkin as she left yet another rehearsal, the 17-year-old beamed ahead of the looming live show.
This isn’t the first time Derek has taken on the role of Bindi’s protective, older brother. Luckily, her partner has faith in her ability to channel a character that is the complete opposite of who she is in real life.
Derek chimed in to add that the youngster was a “good guy”, musing: ‘I approve’.
It’s either team Nick or team Bindi for the eight remaining contestants.
The pro dancers taking part will include Lindsay Arnold, Alan Bersten, Sharna Burgess, Brittany Cherry, Artem Chigvintsev, Val Chmerkovskiy, Jenna Johnson, Keo Motsepe, Peta Murgatroyd and Emma Slater. “Audiences will watch exciting and romantic performances, from choreography never before seen on ‘Dancing with the Stars, ‘ to a few of the most memorable numbers from show”.

They’ll be dancing to “This Halloween” from the movie “The Nightmare Before Christmas”. Fortunately, there were no wardrobe malfunctions. He said seconds before they went on stage, they were practicing in the hallway and Bindi’s dress kept slipping as he lifted her up and she would start sliding.
