BJP ready to debate on the DDCA issue: Dharmendra Pradhan
Apart from Kejriwal, other AAP leaders who have been named in the suit are Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chadha and Deepak Bajpayee. Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Vijender Gupta said the protest was a mark of “anger” of the people against the AAP government’s “unconstitutional” ways and use of the House for “political vendetta” instead of deliberating issues of development and public interest. “Thereafter, in two weeks’ time, the plaintiff (Jaitley) will file replication”, the JR said. BJP MP Kirti Azad, a known detractor of Jaitley, demanded a time-bound SIT probe into the DDCA scandal.

The court also asked Kejriwal and other leaders to file original documents relating to the allegations.
Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s advocate Manik Dogra on Tuesday said that all allegations made by the Aam Aadmi Party are baseless and malicious and aimed at tarnishing the reputation of his client.
Narendra Modi and Arun Jaitley.
Azad had yesterday addressed a press conference in the national capital but did not take the name of Arun Jaitley, under whose charge as president of DDCA he claimed there were financial bunglings.
“Hello dear Jaitley-ji, are you filing defamation case against me?”
It was done to deflect issues from an unrelated search during investigation by CBI of a bureaucrat in the secretariat of the Delhi government based on a complaint by a third party, he said.
“Jaitley can not intimidate us with court case”. “Our argument was that all the allegations imposed on AAP are wrong”. He said he had done no wrong by raising an issue involving Jaitley.
While noting that it cost Rs 114 crore to build Kotla stadium, which was merely a “field” prior to the construction, Jaitley attacked the Congress, saying the Nehru stadium was renovated at a cost of Rs 900 crore and the Dhyanchand stadium for Rs 600 crore.

The Chief Minister also pointed out that if so many evidences were found against any of his ministers, his party would have asked the person to resign just like in the cases of Jitender Singh Tomar and Asim Ahmed Khan.
