Black Eyed Peas reunite for new ‘Where Is The Love?’ version

The Peas have now joined forces with the who’s who of the music world to recreate the iconic song.

The hip-hop group has enlisted the help of their celebrity friends to make the remake of Where is the Love?

Interscope RecordsThe Black Eyed Peas’ new version of their 2003 song “Where Is the Love?” that addresses gun violence is now available on iTunes.

Not only will they be bringing back original collaborator for the track, Justin Timberlake, but there will be several contemporary artists contributing for the all-star single. “Everyone was calling on us like ‘we need that song again'”.

Will.i.am said the move has been influenced by the terrorist attacks in Paris, Belgium and Turkey, as well as by the deaths of two young men at the hands of police officers – Philando Castile and Alton Sterling.

Kendall Jenner, Diddy, DJ Khaled, Tori Kelly, Jamie Foxx, Jessie J, Usher, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Randy Jackson, Wilmer Valderrama, Omarion, French Montana, Wiz Khalifa, LL Cool J, Shailene Woodley, Vanessa Hudgens, Lance Bass and Connie Britton all appear on the update too.
