If you have yet to purchase “Call of Duty: Black Ops 3” on PC and want to try it out, this weekend is a flawless time. The Black Ops 3 Starter pack gives gamers access to weapon paint shop, multiplayer level cap of 55, freerun modes, emblem editor, gunsmith, arena plus the black market, PC Gamer reported.

This will not only be well timed for the release of the Awakening DLC for Xbox One and PC but also the owners of the stripped down multiplayer starter pack version of the game.

The multiplayer pack is available for free now on Steam. The standard edition of Black Ops 3 is discounted 34 percent to $39.59 while the Digital Deluxe edition is marked down 20 percent to $79.99.

It’s a taster for a taster then, with Activision hoping that players will be sucked in enough to pick up the entire game afterwards, though it’s good to note that any money you’ve already paid will be taken off the full retail price. You get everything but the single player campaign. The Starter Pack free weekend is live now and will end on February 29.
