BlackBerry Neon / Hamburg price allegedly for about $350 unlocked
Talking about the specs, we have a device which will be powered by a 2610 mAh battery, which supports multiple frequency bands of 4G LTE, 3G, and 2G networks and supports WiFi, NFC, Bluetooth v4.2 LE and Micro-USB. The FCC documents also attest that TCL is responsible for manufacturing the BlackBerry Hamburg (TCL owns Alcatel), but that was already expected, as we know a thing or two about the Hamburg from previous rumors/leaks, i.e.it’s basically an Alcatel Idol 4 re-branded.

BlackBerry is a special kind of mobile manufacturer as it relies mostly on its proprietary system which still has its fan base even though it has become smaller over the years after Android-based smartphones appeared on the market.
The device’s specs leaked in May through a benchmark test, which was followed by the phone receiving Wi-Fi certification last month. Yes, the blackberry Hamburg got the FCC approval in the United States and now it can be expected to launch sooner or later. It will pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and have 3GB of RAM with 16GB of built-in storage.
The BlackBerry Hamburg is apparently made by Alcatel for BlackBerry and it shares similar specifications to the Alcatel Idol 4.
The device will have a 13MP rear camera and an 8MP selfie snapper. Nevertheless, at the end of 2015 the company launched its first Android-powered handset called the BlackBerry PRIV, which was a premium smartphone sporting an AMOLED display that has diagonal of 5.4 inches and a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440. According to the reports, the purported Rome smartphone codenamed STV100-3 is expected to come with a QWERTY keyboard. For software, it will be running the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box.

Aside from these two, BlackBerry is also said to be working on BlackBerry Vienna or Argon, which will have significantly more powerful specs than the other two smartphones.
