BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983 Graphite launched in India for Rs. 99990

Looking to expand its smartphone market in India and to compete with Apple and Samsung products, BalckBerry has launched its premium product Porsche Design P’9983 Graphite at a price of Rs.

Commenting on the launch event, Director – Sales and Distribution at BlackBerry India, Hitesh Shah said, “With the launch of the new BlackBerry P’9983 Graphite, we bring a unique, stylish smartphone combined with the superior productivity and ultimate security experience of BlackBerry 10 technology for our Indian consumers.”

Porsche Design has collaborated with BlackBerry to design a keyboard with specially crafted glass-like keys with the durability of rigid synthetic material, plus blackened glass and a graphite stainless steel color frame. Physical QWERTY Keyboard is occupied in the bottom half of the device and it runs on the dual core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdrapgon S4 SoC and it supported by the 2GB of RAM, 64GB Internal Storage and is expanded up to 128GB using the MicroSD Card with 2100mAh battery.

Apart from this, it is basically a pretty standard BlackBerry smartphone running the BlackBerry 10 operating system.

Porsche Design G’9983 sports activities an 8MP rear digital camera that helps 1080p video seize and a 2MP entrance-dealing with digital camera.

BlackBerry claims that the phone is a result of its partnership with Porsche, and the Porsche Design team has designed and engineered the phone.

It has safe and secure encrypted BBM instant messaging for your business and personal needs.

The product is the fourth in line of the collaboration between BlackBerry and Porsche Design, others being BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9983, BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9982, and BlackBerry Porsche P’9981.

BlackBerry released the first Porsche Design smartphone back in 2011 and has been launching variants every now and then.

The Porsche Design P’9983 smartphone comes with a premium stereo headset, an global charging kit, a polishing cloth and a USB cable for high-speed data transfer. It must be noted that the smartphone was announced in 2014, so BlackBerry India has taken its sweet time to bring the device to India.
