On 2nd and 8, Palmer hit John Brown for 13 yards putting him over 1000 receiving for the season for the first time in his career. For now, sit back and enjoy watching the Pack and Vikes beat up on each other, and make your viewing plans for next Sunday.

On the other end of this trade is Morin, a 2009 2nd round draft pick of the Atlanta Thrashers. The Blackhawks swapped him to Columbus in 2014 and reacquired him last summer.

But a combination of poor finishing and Jack Butland’s saves prevented United from leaving Stoke with anything. We did not play our way of football. “I hope we have Kun (Aguero) 100 percent fit next week”, said Pellegrini.

Morin will report to the Toronto Marlies of the AHL. Earlier Sunday, he scored an overtime goal for the Marlies that beat the Crunch in a contest in Toronto.

Morin, originally acquired via trade by Chicago in 2010, never quite found his place with the team. If he’s in the AHL, there will still be a $25,000 hit to the Hawks’ books while he’s buried.

Is that enough similarity for two players to have? Domenic Galamini (@MimicoHero) helped everyone do that with this nifty graphic comparing the two players. The reason why this trade benefits neither team is because Panik and Morin are basically interchangeable as players. He also has generated more shots in the AHL this season, averaging 2.64 shots per game, while Panik has averaged 2.0. The only difference between the two is that Panik is a left-handed shot who plays on the right-wing and Morin is a right-handed shot who plays on the left-wing.
