Blackphone 2 packing larger screen to land in September
Just like every other device, Blackphone 2 does not guarantee you total safety, but yes, it makes sure that no malware disturbs your safety and peeps into your private files. The hardware offers a 5.5 inch full HD touchscreen display and inside is a 64-bit processor together with more RAM.

The smartphone’s unknown 1.7GHz octa-core processor is rumored to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon.
Silent Circle has stated that the Blackphone 2 will be shipped sometime in the month of September, but has not provided the exact shipping date.
Announced earlier this year at MWC 2015, Silent Circle’s second iteration of its privacy-focussed smartphone, the Blackphone 2, is now ready for pre-order.
The device comes with secure apps which include ones that are for encrypted messaging and voice calls. To protect its users, Silent Circle doesn’t have access to the encryption keys for communications made on its network, similar to how Apple protects data stored on its users’ iPhones. FierceMobileIT reported on these changes in March, also making note of a tablet being added to Silent Circle’s device lineup.
The Blackphone 2 is now available for preorder, though Silent Circle has not yet revealed the handset’s pricing. The previous Blackphone was priced at $629, the report details.
While Blackphone 2 is a lot more secure than the ordinary smartphone, its privacy settings can not skirt around the National Security Agency (NSA) and other government agencies snooping around.
Like its predecessors, the new Blackphone runs on Silent Circle’s proprietary Silent OS, an Android-based operating system optimized for enhanced security.
