As of 2 p.m. Saturday, police said, Nicole had not been found. The authorities said they planned another news conference at 9:30 p.m. Saturday. On January 27, the 13-year-old was reported missing, and that sparked a search for her involving FBI, Virginia State Police, Blacksburg Police, and neighboring law enforcement agencies, according to NBC12.
Eisenhauer was arrested Saturday morning and is being held at the Montgomery County Jail without bond.
An attempt to reach Eisenhauer’s family by telephone at their home in Columbia was unsuccessful. Police would not say how the two knew each other. She is considered an endangered child because she requires daily prescription medication due to a a previous liver transplant.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
