Dodgers: Former A’s right-hander Brandon McCarthy is scheduled to make his season debut Sunday when he starts against the Colorado Rockies.

On Tulowitzki bobblehead day in Toronto, the rest of the Blue Jays pounded the ball, too.

Cleveland lost its second straight after a franchise-record 14-game winning streak.

METS 4, CUBS 3: Jake Arrieta lost a regular-season road start for the first time in 14 months when Neil Walker hit a two-run homer and Travis d’Arnaud blooped a two-run single that pushed NY past Chicago at NY.

Indians manager Terry Francona concurred.

“I’m just trying to be myself”, Tulowitzki said. “It all starts with fastball command”. Catcher Chris Gimenez pitched two innings for the Indians, becoming the third position player to take the mound this series. Toronto used infielders Ryan Goins and Darwin Barney in Friday’s 19-inning loss. Josh Donaldson and Edwin Encarnacion hit consecutive doubles.

Encarnacion was one of three Blue Jays ejected from the game. Left-hander Tom Gorzelanny allowed four hits, three walks and seven runs in the inning, retiring only one batter before Tommy Hunter finished the inning after allowing three hits and a run.Santana, Jose Ramirez and Yan Gomes singled in the seventh to produce a run for Cleveland (49-32).

Kluber allowed five runs on seven hits in 3 1/3 innings.

The Jays managed a combined two runs in the first two games of the series in 28 innings.

Jimmy Nelson (5-7) gave up three runs, two earned, and seven hits in six innings.

Estrada had a magnetic-resonance-imaging test on his back Sunday: No results were immediately available, but it looks as if he could miss his next start. Cleveland activated OF Abraham Almonte from the restricted list Sunday after he completed an 80-day suspension for violating baseball’s drug policy.

Indians: 3B Juan Uribe left after being hit on the right hand in the sixth.

The pain, Estrada said, “feels exactly the same”, as it did during the spring, when he arrived at camp having aggravated his back doing a core exercise known as dragon flag made famous by martial arts legend Bruce Lee. Hernandez, who played for a number of major league teams was pitching to a 4.42 ERA with the Bisons over 77 1/3 innings when he was let go.
