A lawsuit was filed against Gordon over the summer by Bobbi Kristina’s court-appointed conservator, accusing him of giving “Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious” and then leaving her “face-down in a tub of cold water”. Danyela Bradley gave a videotaped deposition of meeting and living with Bobbi Kristina and she claims Bobbi Kristina did marijuana, crack, and heroin during that time.

Bradley also claimed in the papers that Brown never talked about nor did the heroin or cocaine in front of her, US Magazine reported.

Many family members have since blamed Gordon for Brown’s death, and their ex-roommate also testified that he smoked crack “more than her”.

The allegations of Bobbi Kristina drug use mark the second time that Danyela Bradley’s name has come out in connection with the Bobbi Kristina bathtub incident.

Although Danyela Bradley described their relationship as “loving”, most of Bobbi Kristina’s other friends disagree. The first was this past summer, when it emerged that there had possibly been a third party-a white female, allegedly fitting Bradley’s description-lounging on Bobbi Kristina’s bed while Bobbi and Nick Gordon were in the bathroom having an argument.
Bobbi Kristina Brown allegedly used drugs quite frequently before she was found unconscious in a bathtub in her Georgia home back in January.
Bobbi Kristina was not under the influence of drugs when the accident occurred, at least according to authorities, who allowed her to leave the scene of her own will. Police documents indicated that there was a nail in Bobbi Kristina’s tire, which caused her to lose control of her vehicle.

“A source close to Nick’s legal team believes Bobbi’s accident could have played a role in her death”, the statement reads. “He told me he should have insisted Krissy get help for her drug addiction, and he should have forced Nick Gordon to move out of her townhouse and leave her alone – legally, if necessary”.
