Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Autopsy Results Unsealed

Randy Kessler, an attorney for Gordon, says that he hopes the new details regarding the cause of Brown’s death – officially listed as lobar pneumonia – will put to rest “all the negativity” towards Gordon, who has “always maintained his innocence”, according to CBS New York.

A judge in Atlanta issued an order on Thursday to unseal the report, following requests from the media.

Nick Gordon, the boyfriend of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown, has claimed that the results of her autopsy show that he was not responsible for her death.

As ET previously reported, the toxicology report found marijuana, alcohol, “a cocaine-related substance”, anti-anxiety medication and morphine in her system.

“The underlying cause of death is the condition which starts the downhill course of events leading to death and in this case is the immersion associated with drug intoxication”, the medical examiner’s office said in the statement. “I just want to wish my girl a Happy Birthday”.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s body exhibited a number of scars and she was missing teeth, the recently released autopsy report reveals.

But the cause of death was revealed after Fulton County Superior Court Judge Henry Newkirk in Atlanta, Georgia, ordered the documents be unsealed. “Nick didn’t inject drugs into her. Sadly, Bobbi Kristina used drugs for a long time, and she drowned in her bathtub”.

Bobby Brown also noted that Friday is his late daughter’s birthday.

The Brown family is pursuing legal action against Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon.

Houston was found dead in the bathtub of her hotel room at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Beverly Hills in February 2012. But it also notes depressions in her skull and bruises, referred to as “ecchymosis”, a medical term for bluish discoloration of the skin on her arms and thighs.

Her parents separated in 2006 and divorced in 2007, with Houston awarded custody of their daughter, amid claims of abuse and drug use in the high-profile relationship. She appeared with them in 2005 on the Bravo reality show “Being Bobby Brown” and attended award shows with her mother and father.

However, Bobbi Kristina’s family are still determined to get justice for her.
